Dan Schoepf

Dan Schoepf founded Prospects to Partners by leveraging years of sales and sales management experience. Throughout his career he participated in highly recognized training and educational programs. The ideas and material presented by his company have been proven to work in all industries.

Active and past clients are involved in financial services, robotics, lumber, life insurance, recruiting, litigation support, healthcare, and others.

Tara Renze

 

Tara has a true a passion for leadership, sales and winning and a knack for helping others realize and harness their true potential.

She graduated from the University of Kansas and has studied leadership and sales at the Wharton School of Business, The University of Chicago and the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. In addition, she has been a student of multiple sales and leadership philosophies and methodologies.Before joining Prospects To Partners, Tara worked for Careerbuilder.com where she was recognized as a top sales professional and top leader year after year.

Tara combines her learnings over the years with her real-world sales and leadership experience to provide winning solutions for clients and a series of high impact, results-driven workshops.

Mike Payne

Mike Payne

 Michael Payne joined Prospects to Partners in 2006 after a successful twenty-year career as a broadcast sales and management executive.  In that role, he enjoyed a winning record of increasing revenue and cash flow at multiple under-performing businesses. Today, Mike leverages that experience to quickly stimulate business for client companies that may need immediate improvement.   

 

Since joining Prospects to Partners, Mike has established himself as a savvy trainer and consultant as well as a versatile professional who is as comfortable leading a special project as he is conducting group training. 

 

Active and past clients include financial services, B2B and B2C construction, biosciences, recruiting, employee benefits, retail jewelry, entertainment, insurance, and media.
